What is median imputation?
Median imputation: Replacing missing values in a numeric column with the median, the middle value. It is less affected by outliers than the mean, so it is better for skewed features such as income.
Median imputation: an example
With incomes of 20k, 25k, 30k and 5,00k, the median is 27.5k, a more typical fill than the mean of 143.8k.
