What is MITRE ATLAS?
MITRE ATLAS: Adversarial Threat Landscape for Artificial-Intelligence Systems, a knowledge base from MITRE that catalogues tactics and techniques attackers use against AI systems, modelled on the ATT&CK framework for conventional cybersecurity. Security teams use it to plan threat models and red-team exercises.
MITRE ATLAS: an example
A team maps its fraud model's risks onto ATLAS techniques such as data poisoning and model evasion to decide which defences to build first.
