What is fairlearn?
Fairlearn: An open-source Python library for assessing and improving fairness of machine learning models. It provides tools to compute metrics broken down by group, visualise disparities and apply mitigation algorithms, and works alongside common libraries such as scikit-learn.
Fairlearn: an example
An engineer passes a trained classifier's predictions and a gender column into Fairlearn's metric-by-group tool to view accuracy and selection rate for each group.
