What is environment?
Environment: Everything outside the decision-maker that it interacts with. It reacts to each chosen action by moving to a new situation and returning a numeric score. It can be a game, a simulator, a robot's physical surroundings or a live product such as an ad system.
Environment: an example
For a delivery-routing learner, the environment is the road network with traffic, which changes after every turn the learner makes.
