What is context manager?
Context manager: An object that sets something up before a block of code and reliably cleans up afterwards, used with the with statement. It guarantees that resources such as files and locks are released even if an error occurs.
Context manager: an example
with open('data.csv') as f: reads the file and closes it automatically at the end of the block.
