What is Rephrase and Respond?
Rephrase and Respond: A technique where the model is asked to first restate the user's question in clearer words and then answer its own rewritten version. It can fix ambiguity in how a question was worded, and the rewrite can be done by a separate model call.
Rephrase and Respond: an example
'Rephrase and expand the question, then respond.' turns 'Is it ok to break a lease early?' into a fuller question about notice and penalties.
