What is prompt registry?
Prompt registry: A central store where an organisation keeps its approved prompts with names, versions, owners and metadata, so applications fetch them at run time instead of hard-coding text. It supports review, reuse and quick updates without redeploying code.
Prompt registry: an example
An app calls registry.get('invoice-extractor', version='prod') and gets the current approved prompt text.
