AI engineering glossary · Prompt context engineering
What is complexity-based prompting?
Complexity-based prompting: A technique that chooses, as examples for a step-by-step prompt, those with the longest reasoning chains, and prefers the most common answer among longer sampled chains. The idea is that more complex demonstrations lead to better multi-step reasoning.
