What is concatenate?
Concatenate (also called np.concatenate): Joining arrays end to end along an existing axis, producing a longer array with the same number of dimensions. All other dimensions must match. NumPy provides a function for this; pandas offers a similar concat for tables.
Concatenate: an example
np.concatenate([[1, 2], [3, 4]]) returns array([1, 2, 3, 4]).
