What is FFN (feedforward neural network)?
Feedforward neural network (also called Feed-forward network, FFN): A network in which information moves in one direction only, from input through hidden layers to output, with no loops or memory of earlier inputs. It is the simplest network family and the base on which recurrent and transformer designs are built.
Feedforward neural network: an example
Predicting whether an Indian loan applicant will default from 30 tabular features using three stacked dense layers is a feedforward setup.
