What is Bidirectional RNN?
Bidirectional RNN (also called BiRNN, BiLSTM): A recurrent network that runs two passes over a sequence, one forward and one backward, and combines their states at every position. Each output can then use both past and future context, though it needs the whole sequence in advance.

To tag a word in a sentence, it uses words both before and after it.
