What is KB (kilobyte and megabyte)?
Kilobyte and megabyte (also called KB, MB, GB, TB): Units of data size built from bytes. Traditionally a kilobyte is 1,000 bytes and a megabyte 1,000 kilobytes in storage marketing, while binary units KiB and MiB use 1,024 for memory. The gigabyte and terabyte continue the pattern.
