What is offset pagination?
Offset pagination: A pagination style where the client says how many items to skip and how many to return, for example offset=100 and limit=50. It is easy to use, but results can shift if items are added meanwhile and large offsets are slow.
Offset pagination: an example
GET /tweets?offset=200&limit=20 skips the first 200 items.
