What is behavioural cloning?
Behavioural cloning (also called Behaviour cloning): The simplest imitation approach: treat expert demonstrations as a supervised learning dataset of situation-to-action pairs and train a model to reproduce them. Small errors compound because the learner drifts into situations absent from the demonstrations.
Behavioural cloning: an example
Train a classifier on 100,000 (screen, key press) pairs from expert gameplay.
