What is instance?
Instance: A single concrete object created from a class. Each one has its own copy of the per-object data while sharing the methods defined by the class. Creating one is done by calling the class like a function.
Instance: an example
acct1 = Account('Asha') and acct2 = Account('Ravi') are two separate instances with their own names and balances.
