What is tool choice?
Tool choice: A request setting that controls whether the model may, must, or must not call a tool, or must call one specific tool. It gives developers control, for example forcing a structured extraction call every time.
Tool choice: an example
Set tool_choice to a fixed function 'extract_invoice' so the reply is always that function's arguments.
