What is CUDA?
CUDA: A parallel computing platform and programming interface from NVIDIA that lets developers run general computation on NVIDIA GPUs. Deep learning libraries such as PyTorch call CUDA libraries underneath, so the driver and toolkit versions must match the installed GPU.
CUDA: an example
Running torch.cuda.is_available() in Python returns True when PyTorch can find a CUDA-capable GPU.
