What is issue?
Issue: A tracked item on a hosting platform used to report a bug, request a feature or discuss a task. Issues have titles, discussion, labels and assignees, and can be linked to pull requests that resolve them.
Issue: an example
Opening an issue titled Tokenizer crashes on empty string, and closing it with a pull request that says Fixes #42.
